Joe Pogan is an evil genius that turns out frankenstein fish and birds that he makes from 'found metals', and magic. He transforms trash into amazing pieces of art, and was recently featured on Fox news. Every piece is unique because each is handmade by fitting all sorts of stuff together then welding it in place. Common materials used are old watches, sprockets, wrenches, pliers, nuts and bolts, and even some old grenades and brass knuckles.
